HALLOWEEEEEN
Halloween is not a Danish thing. We never did Halloween before.....yet this year it's all over the country. Schools, kindergarten etc.
Well last year we held a Halloween Party:
::Preparations::
The invites were made by my son and I. He drew a bat, that was the overall theme of....everything. The addresses were written on the belly - of they went and of we were to make the Pumpkin Piñata.
It turned out like this.....
....before it was beaten to death, with swords by a bunch of very happy kids!
::Let the Fun Continue::
We started with *Biscuit Decorations* aka decorating biscuits, with frosting and candy - very popular.
Then it was time for *Biting the Spider* aka eating a string of candy, with a spider at the bottom. Who gets to the spider first?
Then I had made a box, where the kids had to stick their hands inside and feel what I had put in there - that was so much funnnnn - cooked spaghetti in water, hand lotion and they were THRILLED!
::The Food::
We had a WONDERFUL pumpkin soup with bacon and loafs of bread. Yummy! The adults were EXITED!
For dessert the kids had a bag of candy:
Some of the kids were dressed up:
Even some of the grownups....well OK only my Grandma!

your grandma is awesome! love the black-dress costume as well. happy halloween!

for a family that doesn't or hasn't celebrated Halloween, you have gone to an exceptional amount of work. That hand in the box sounds disgusting but also like so much fun!
