Crafty Friday
Friday my friend - Laila - and I had a craft day with the kids. It was such a great day, with lots of fun crafts, kids playing, eating *aebleskiver* and ending up having traditional Christmas eve dinner. My Dad even showed up. (I think he could smell the roast pork with crackling rind!)
I made these 3 angels. The first 2 are paper with felt wings. The third is fabric with feather wings.
I found this photo on line of *aebleskiver* - yummy - and this Aebleskive kit! Go ahead guys. Make aebleskiver.

yummo...they look soo great!

When we were on holiday in Denmark we found ourselves in the pub where the worldrecord aebleskiver eating stood (in Borup?); a wonderful place and the aebleskiver were delicious!
I would love to try and make some... I know it would make my husband very happy (he didn't beat the worldrecord)!

Æbleskivene ser jo kjempegode ut, hvordan lager man egentlig slike?
Liker alle tingene du lager kjempemye!

What a pretty cake plate. Have you ever seen the Rosanna Bowles cake plates? They are amazing. I used them for party favors at my wedding a few years ago. Have a look at her site here: http://www.rosannainc.com/
