These paintings are by Line Juhl Hansen, who I really admire. I love her use of color and I think her style is just very, very cool.
She has an etsy shop, an inspiring blog (check out her studio here and here) and a website.
And by the way: I am reeeeally busy these days. Just started school and everyday life is catching up on us. More soon.
My daughter has a raspberry plant on the balcony, which she likes to take very good care of. Here she's putting water on every little leaf...
By the way: Her dress is from Marimekko and Annu gave me the grown up version, actually a couple of years ago!
My son has realized that he can read. That he can read everything. Even books with very few pictures. Or dinosaur books with very hard words. One day he was taking notes from one of his Dino books, to give to his friend, so he was up to date. Kids are funny. Really funny.
I recently bought the "AHOI" T-shirt from smil and I just have to share, because it's so super cool! I also got a new key hanger - the old ones had fallen of - and I bought the rooster watering can...my girl loves it too.
Rooster looks like he's living on a farm, right? With hay and all in the plastic bags? Well, he lives on our balcony on the second floor. Hay is for our guinea pig Hugo, who is vacationing at our old house these days, living with his buddy Mumle. Happy Animal Days.
Yesterday I saw Carly's post and thought: "Heeeyyyyyy! Where's my book?"
And when I got my mail today - it was here! more softies. And I'm in it.

I just came back from wonderful Paris!
I didn't bring my camera this time, as I wanted to just be. And I'm pretty sure I'll remember, what I have to remember.
